Breakout Season Leads to New Contract for Luke Vickery
P11 Football client Luke Vickery has signed a one-year contract extension with Macarthur Bulls FC, committing his future to the club until the end of the 2027/28 A-League season.
The new deal follows a standout 2025/26 campaign in which Vickery established himself as a key figure in the Bulls squad after arriving at the club. The attacking midfielder featured in 30 matches across the A-League and AFC Champions League Two, contributing seven goals and three assists while becoming a regular starter.
His performances on the pitch, combined with his professionalism and connection with supporters off it, have made him an important part of the club’s plans moving forward.
Speaking after signing the extension, Vickery said:
“It’s really exciting to sign on with the Bulls and help grow as a person on and off the field at such a good club. I’m grateful, and it shows the belief and trust that the coaching staff and club have in me.”
Reflecting on the season and looking ahead, Luke said:
“Personally this year I had a good output for the club but my expectation is to try and improve the numbers each year and help the team win games and trophies. As a team we will always collectively work hard and continue to push and strive to win as many games as possible.”
