Phillip Cancar Completes Move to Western Sydney Wanderers
P11 Football is proud to confirm the transfer of our client, Phillip Cancar, from Newcastle Jets to Western Sydney Wanderers.
The 23-year-old central defender returns to his hometown club, adding depth and quality to the Wanderers’ backline ahead of the new A-League Men season. Having established himself as a composed and athletic presence during his time with the Jets, Cancar’s return to Western Sydney marks an exciting next step in his career.
A product of the Western Sydney Wanderers academy, Phillip now returns as a more experienced and well-rounded player, with valuable top-flight experience under his belt and a growing leadership presence on the pitch.
